THE COMPANY’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL DAMAGES CLAIMED UNDER ANY STATUTE OR UNDER ANY LEGAL OR EQUITABLE THEORY (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER TORT) IS LIMITED TO THE SUM OF $50. THE COMPANY IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY PUNITIVE, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, LOST PROFITS, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, OR SIMILAR DAMAGES. I do hereby represent, warrant, and covenant to the Company that: (i) I am at eighteen years of age or older; (ii) I intend to be legally bound by this document; (iii) I have carefully read this document and understand its terms; (iv) I do hereby waive any right of inspection, preview, or approval of my appearance or voice or written submissions or the uses to which my appearance or voice or written testimonial or submission may be put and the right to assert any claims relating thereto;;(v) the Company is relying on this waiver, release, and consent at substantial cost to the Company; and (vi) I have all rights to grant all waivers, releases, and consents set forth above.
